I have had positive experiences for many years now and hope she never retires because I hate the idea of having to find a new pcp.
Was my primary care Dr. until she refused to treat me for a back ache and suggested I follow up with a neurologist despite the fact that back aches can be treated and most often are by primary care Drs. She also refused to adjust my medication prescribed to me in an emergency room but instead told me to go back to the emergency room. With Covid it was really hard to find a new primary care Dr. Fortunately appointments have opened up elsewhere.
Dr. Cooper has a wonderful bedside manner and is very good at what she does!
