I have experienced Dr. Lasson to be very kind and invested in the well-being of her patients. She knew me by name after 1-2 visits and has been very understanding about the complexity of my problems. She is an ally that I need right now.
I don't think I've ever walked out of a doctor's office feeling as disgusted and discouraged as I did today after seeing Nancy Lasson. This is a woman who exhibited not only a lack of empathy and understanding but who also seemed to go out of her way to be completely dismissive of my concerns.
