I’ve never visited Dr. Rudd McCoy’s office in Hermiston. Our family became her patients when she had a practice in Denver (Littleton), Colorado. We wanted to find a physician for our daughters, ages thirteen and fifteen. We polled several nurses in the hospital where our fifteen year old had been treated numerous times.
