I have had State farm now for over 20 years, they have always had great coverage for me. I had a question about my coverage and Nancy was extremely helpful and was able to let me know that I actually had more coverage that I thought I did. I was thrilled!! I'm so happy to have been with them for this long! Thanks Nancy for all the help!
Tired of the lack of communication
We got transferred to this group when out other State Farm agents office closed. Staff was amazing at getting us in with them and all our information transfers and answered any questions we had. We recently bought a car and they seamlessly were able to get us added with in 5 min on the phone. When ever we call, a person answers and helps us with any questions we have.
Nanci and her team are excellent! Nanci is very responsive and informative. She goes above and beyond to help answer questions and provide any assistance I need. I have been with Nanci for years for both my auto & home insurance. I have had a couple claims in that time, and the claims were pushed through very quickly. State Farm did a good job getting us our checks quickly as well. I highly recommend Nanci as your insurance agent.
Nancy Kohl and staff are very helpful, go above and beyond to get you the BEST COVERAGE , AT lower prices than most other insurance companies. I am so thankful 🙏!!! I absolutely 💯 recommend
