Accidents are never fun, but Logan M. was always empathetic and a ray of sunshine during my darkest times. What stood out to me beyond his warm personality was his capable skills. Scott and Logan made what was a horrendous car crash, that included my entire family of 8, into a very manageable experience. You don't realize how much information/bills/paperwork comes with an accident that includes multiple health and auto insurances - hospital and doctor bills etc.. This incredible team handled it all over the course of 4 years as all of the treatment plans were carried out. Outstanding service and very personable!
An accident is never a good thing. Loggan and Ann made the experience different and much less frustrating. They took care of everything, and I just waited without any stress. I could call or email them, and they were always there with an answer. They helped me the whole time and gave me their support. I recommend them 200%!!!!
Logan and his team absolutely exceeded any expectations we had. Getting into an accident is never fun. But Logan made the experience about as good as it possibly could be. He went above and beyond and we were very pleased with the result. If you want a refreshing, good time with a lot of laughs sit down with Scott for 10 minutes. He is hilarious. Above all, he runs an exceptional company.
These guys are amazing. They treat you like you’re family (unlike other firms that just are in it for the numbers). Highly recommend. Thanks Logan and Scott!
