Patrick is awesome! He valued my property fairly. Bank appraisers came out and valued under tax value. I could tell between the two that Patrick actually did the work and knew his comps. Thank you Patrick. If only you were the bank’s appraiser.
In a transaction in which I was involved, Patrick Nance used a false assumption to devalue a house by a large amount. In my opinion I would not trust him to give an accurate appraisal.
Polite. Professional. Courteous. Highly recommended these folks.
Very satisfied! We feel like we received a really fair appraisal. When he came he took his boots off, respected our home, and even showed me the pictures he took to make sure I knew he didn't get any of my children in the pictures. I would recommend this place to anyone.
