ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS HOSPITAL! If I could give 0 stars I would and you bet your bottom dollar I will be reporting this hospital to get it back into shape. My mother in law had to come down to Brisbane just to go to the hospital because for 9 months the Nanango doctors and Nanango hospital refused to give her proper care, she got a referral to get an MRI done which got rejected (seriously!) and when she took the referral letter to the Nanango hospital outlining she needed a gold standard MRI done ASAP the receptionist went to... read more
Thankyou to the friendly staff today at Nanango for sorting my husband’s eye out. Prompt and professional staff from all involved.
As a person with server epilepsy and other health issues which HAve caused intense PTSD I think the admin nurse needs to be more accommodating and maybe she can stop rolling her eyes every time someone needs help.
The nurses were lovely and kind and helpful and there was no wait !
