I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Cherisse Kawamura. I informed her that I have a history of vasovagal syncope and consistently lose consciousness during blood draws and similar procedures. When I explained that I prefer to have a friend available to help me get home afterward for safety reasons, she scoffed at me and dismissed the concern instead of taking it seriously. We have been with this clinic since my son was 4, he’s now 9. Staff are exceptional and helpful wouldn’t choose any other place for my kids or myself to go.
