Nanaimo’s Flooring Depot team, worked collaboratively to provide a very high degree of customer care, as they guided me through various decisions during the project. I am very pleased with the results.
Alyssa was super helpful when I showed up just before closing to answer all my questions as well as to go through samples and explain the differences between them. Later in the week we asked to schedule a time on the weekend ( outside their business hours ) to come by and look at them in further detail. Truly amazing customer service and super knowledgeable. We cannot wait to have our new floors!
Wade was really honest with us, and gave us a really good deal on some discontinued flooring!
Outstanding customer service! Wade and his team were fantastic. Very professional and courteous installers, they were prompt, took care to clean up, and were very thorough. Excellent value for money in my opinion, and I will be calling them again when I’m ready for new floors in the rest of my home!
