The floors installed look beautiful, were done efficiently. But unfortunately they have had to come back many times to address an on going glue seepage issue and replace tiles. I am grateful for the on going support. But not 100% please to invest this much money to keep having these on going problems.
Alyssa & everyone were SO helpful with our flooring installation. I had a million questions and they answered them all. Friendly, professional and everything was on time. Our final cost even came in at less than our estimate. And our new floors look amazing!
Alyssa was a HUGE help! She is knowledgeable, so patient and always responded right away with answers to all our questions. We did a last minute pickup that they loaded and secured for us with extra care. The quality of the carpet is great and the prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend Nanaimo’s Flooring Department and a really grateful for all their help with our project.
We had their team help us do our entire home reno, from carpet and vinyl plank, materials, leveling and install. The entire process was a breeze and I highly recommend them!
