Had the pleasure of working with Cameron to purchase my 2020 Rav4 XSE; I wouldn't hesitate to give 5 stars for customer service alone. Unfortunately, within a few weeks after purchasing the vehicle, I ran into several issues that were not apparent on the day of my initial visit. Given that my Avantaguard "Ultimate" warranty does not cover these expenses, I'm left with a lack of trust that I had not expected when making the switch to Toyota.
Just purchased my first new vehicle and I must say the process was seamless and overall pleasant. Lee MacDonald did such a great job as our personal product advisor that I will not hesitate to work with him again when we upgrade our next vehicle!
