This location went out of their way to adjust my pick up time for a take home test to ensure my dog could get to the vet at a conflicting appointment time. Staff are helpful and friendly!

The positive is the fantastic clinic staff. The nurse looking after me was caring and attentive. For that I would give 10 stars if I could. The experience with the doctor, however, highlighted how poorly British Columbians are served by the medical system. My family doctor referred my case to a sleep specialist with a focus on sleep apnea, due to lack of oxygen showing on a brain scan performed in the US. I did have the most positive experience with my last night visit. My assigned technician Sayedha (excuse my spelling) provided thorough explanation of the whole process. She applied all sensors gently, firmly, and she was always concerned about my personal comfort. She is exceptionally skilled, pleasant and professional health care provider.
