Yesterday while hiking about Ammonite Falls I took a terrible fall and ended up upside down craddled in some tree roots Lying on rock's It took numerous hours for the dedicated competent team of volunteers to get me to an ambulance I cannot express my gratitude enough for Janet's handling of the situation she is professional efficient caring and Super reassuring.
