Front desk personal were very kind and friendly. Dr. Carolyn Fletcher was very professional, highly skilled,very helpful, friendly and absolutely trustworthy.
Arrived at NRGH Emergency at 7 PM on Monday . Lots of patients in the waiting room . Sat and waited 'til 1 AM on Tuesday ( so far ! ) and still waiting !!! Is this a shortage of doctors ? ( Get more ! ) Is this a shortage of support personnel ? ( Get more ! ) Our much vaunted 'universal healthcare' IS NOT WORKING when it takes this long ! UPDATE : Now 2 AM , still waiting ! UPDATE 2 : 3:10 AM , still waiting ! UPDATE 3 : Walking out the door at 4:25 AM !!
I explained to the female doctor that came in that I was having pain with my IUD she was so disoriented and Honestly looked she was like high on something , I begged her to help me and she refused , and just dismissed me. I told her I had been having issues for over 2 months.She was really disassociated and no empathy or anything.It was just cold and like go figure it out on your own kind of thing, if anything go to the Ladysmith hospital, they are so amazing.I will never go back to this hospital after living here for my who... read more
