Horrible don't think I am getting help
I don’t care about the wait times and such, I just hated the lady who helped me at the front desk 2 days ago. I’m usually really shy and anxious, she made me SUPER uncomfortable.
Emergency room...my daughter category 3...yet made her wait 7hr before bein seen...mean while other ppl not as sick go in before her...while crying...it sad
Absolutely the best. The staff are overwhelmed constantly however they do the best they can. The Emergency room Drs and Nurses have fantastic people skills
New to Nanaimo and I must say this hospital was great. They got my son in quick and reset his elbow. The staff and doctors were all very kind and helpful! Thank you!
