My experience here was to say at the least bad. I went to look at a used vehicle that had damage to the bodywork and they hadn't disclosed this on the photos . Wasted my time.
I bought a used vehicle here and wish I'd been more cautious before signing. A little research after the fact showed I'd been charged over $4,000 more than the car's actual value — something I should have checked before agreeing to the price, and something I'd encourage anyone else to verify independently before buying. me and my bf went in to look at cars. bf bought car. 10/10 experience. first time buyers, didnt know anything ab finance and they explained everything and helped us through the math. great price on car. Russ and his manager where great, when my car eventually dies this will be my first stop. thanks team.
BEWARE: anyone coming from lower mainland, to deal with this dealership be aware. The sales person had promised transportation to and from the ferry terminal, but instead arranged a cab back (which is fine) but DIDNOT paid the driver and I ended up with a cab bill of $90 for their fake promise. Won’t buy anything vehicle from this dealership.
