Terribly service. Had a fill in doctor for my first phone call appointment due to doctor being away wasn’t notified of this beforehand. Doctor was absolutely terrible. Dismissive. Cut me off. Didn’t follow up when said he would. I have now been rebooked 4 times for a blood pressure monitor due to problems on their end. Just had a phone call to follow up up appointment Monday morning and due to fact that I won’t be able to drop it back off at a specific time they r moving me once again. Lady on phone was rude. Lastly, when yo... read more

I saw Dr. Liam Matthews in October, 2024, and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely kind, and explained things to me very well. The most amazing thing was that in the first 15 minutes he diagnosed a rare disorder that I have had for years, which I did not know about. I am following up with a lot of tests, but my road to recovery will be because of him.

I had the strangest experience when having a holter monitor placed. The woman doing the placement was totally stoic, condescending, and honestly outright rude. My appointment was at 9:00am and by the time I was seen at 9:20am (after sitting in a hallway, not a waiting area?) the person was providing instructions she said that the unit need to be worn for “24 hours” and then asked if I could return the monitor “BY 8:30 tomorrow morning.” I was confused seeing as she has just told me I needed to wear the monitor for 24 hours. ... read more

Dr. Xavier Thompson is the most compassionate, kind, caring, and understanding doctor I have ever met (and that's saying a lot, I used to work at two different hospitals and in many clinical care settings, so I have seen and worked with my fair share of internists, hospitalists, MDs, ERPs, etc). She is knowledgeable, attentive, and will do her best to find answers for your health concerns. I see her for ongoing health concerns, some that seem to be idiopathic in nature thus far. She is always prompt at having the office get ... read more

I saw Dr Nicole Smith for an exercise stress in Oct 2021 due to unexplained Tacchycardia and other symptoms. Her behaviour towards me was dismissive and she told me in our initial phone consult “don’t be so fixated on a POTS diagnosis you might just have anxiety”. During the exercise test (walking on a treadmill) my HR reached 193BPM. And my BP 180/100. She said in her notes I seemed anxious and was adamant I had POTS though she was not convinced. In follow up with my requested POTS knowledgeable cardiologist it is confirmed... read more
