I signed up for a DEXA scan because of a new health program I joined where it was recommended to get this baseline. Corey did my scan and was awesome. He explained everything super well and I left there with not only more knowledge about my body but also feeling motivated and inspired to make healthy changes.
I would highly recommend Pacific Longevity. I had a Dexa scan and Corey was fabulous at taking the time to clearly articulate the results. I am excited to have this base line and to be able to make training/lifestyle shifts and be able to check back in.
