The only hiccup was that it took almost 6 months to get the vehicle in for repairs and we were forgotten about hehe. BUT. Theyre always busy, so I can definitely understand why. Repairs were quick, looks great, and theyre super easy to deal with. I always recommend their shop.
Had my first accident in BC during a stressful time for our family and Nanaimo Autobody was great! So patient with me and helpful throughout the entire process. I got the car back much faster than anticipated and the body work looks flawless! Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Nanaimo Autobody and Glass and I would definitely recommend them! My car was hit and run in the middle of the night while on street parking. Their team processed my ICBC claim with nearly 10k worth of damage easily, provided me with a courtesy vehicle for the entire 2 weeks they had my car, and it came back looking like the accident never happened. Needed some roof moldings removed and replaced with new auto trim tape. They not interested in small job...very rude and said to busy with ICBC.
