She is so kind and understanding of my needs.
I had a terrible experience with this practice. I waited 1 month for my appointment to see this dr and my appointment was cancelled the day before due to some missing information on my file. Why wasn’t i notified with a call instead if cancelling my appointment so suddenly . I called and tried to get the issue resolved and my appointment had already been taken. This is unacceptable after waiting 1 month to be seen. Very unprofessional
