This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Northwell Provider. She began with telling me I didn’t need bloodwork because I had already gotten a test months earlier despite studies showing that results can change depending on flares. She asked to see my stomach and pointed at my stretch marks, saying that my weight fluctuation is probably the issue and that I should try a higher dose of mounjaro despite being told my primary care doctor wants to keep it low because of concerns about my other medications. Dr. Jinjolava is an excellent doctor! I feel myself very lucky to be her patient: she is attentive to her patient's needs; she explains difficult medical terms with clarity and patience and above all has also a lot of empathy for the physical pain we may be experiencing and gives solutions that are doable and effective too! She is approachable, too. I fully recommend her.

Dr. Jinjolova had not been able to adequately prescribe my son's needed medication. I have spent many hours trying to get his medication from the pharmacy because of ineptitude on the part of the prescriber. I personally spoke to Dr. Jinjolova about these issues during a visit in November and she said she would make sure they were cleared up.
