I paid $300 for braids and it’s less than a week and they are unraveling. I got SCAMMED by these women. They promised this style last for at least 3 months, it didn’t even make it one week. Careless service and so expensive. Do not go here. The salon is also unhygienic they do not properly clean the tools they use. I was so excited to have a braider in town but I can’t recommend this place to anyone, it’s horrible. There are basement stylists that are more hygienic and do better work than this place. Beware.
Nana Braiding is the place to go for the best braids! I have been going to Nana for over a year. Her and her team have clearly been braiding for a long time as they are all skilled and efficient. They also listen and suggest to get you the final outcome you are looking for. 5/5
Staff were great at creating wanted look. Atmosphere was inclusive and warm. I would return for service staff was very fun and entertaining.
nana along with her entire staff of beautiful women are the kindest souls ive come across. i was welcomed in with a warm hello and given immediate communication on my appointment. the braiding was done gently, with lots of care for my scalp and natural hair. they communicated to me throughout the entire process about how i like the length, look and everything. i felt a bit sick in the near end of my appointment and i got me water and the other lovely ladies checked up on me regularly, put a fan near me and let me take breaks... read more
