I usually go to Nina Hair Braids for special occasions, but this time was very disappointing. I had an appointment at 9:15 AM and arrived early, before 9:10 AM. However, she was already working on someone else’s hair. She asked me to wait 15 minutes, but by 9:50 AM she still wasn’t finished. Got my hair done here a couple months back and the hair came out 10/10. I brought hair that wasn’t great from amazon, she was honest and explained as to why the hair wasn’t great and on top of that had the correct hair and color that would worked better! 10/10
I have been coming to Nana for my hair for about a year now, and she (and her girls) always does a great job with my hair and is reasonable with her pricing. I decided to try crochet braids for the first time and she did an amazing job!!
Nana never disappoints. She always pays attention to what you want/need, her staff is always so efficient and the atmosphere at the salon is always kind and welcoming. Will definitely recommend!
