Personally, I think all those reviews aren't real. I'm not saying she does a bad job, but she's very unreliable. After the first session, it's almost impossible to get in touch with her. It happened to me and my mother. I went three times for touch-ups, which she left me waiting for, and I ended up getting my eyebrows done somewhere else.
