Terrible!!! …. WATER IS coming through my NEW Prehung hurricane doors. AFTER ONE MONTH, THE FINISH ON THE DOORS HANDLED CHIPPED AND RUSTED. They refused to follow up on the warranty. They stated that the distributor needs to follow up on the warranty, which is Showcase Windows and doors. Showcase Windows and doors Has refused to respond for over a year. I sent an email every month. Stay away from Neuma Door’s and Showcase Windows and doors.
I purchased 4 Neuma sliding doors and have problems with two of the locking handles, one has a lock cylinder that will not turn and one handle that will no longer latch. There is no customer service or parts available to purchase, the man that answered the phone told me that I have to go through my distributor and I have asked for these handles now for the past four months. I am now down to installing hasps to lock my doors inside and out. I am extremely frustrated and my distributor has no answers. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS ... read more

Purchased Neuma 8’ sliding doors in 2017. Quality solid. Good energy performance. Never too cold or hot to the touch, even on extreme weather day. Frame is solid, very well built. External and internal frame easy to clean and keep clean with periodic maintenance. Double locking mechanism built into door. Only issue has been with add on disappearing screens, which are hard to close and stay closed. But this, I think, was a third party vendor.
