He has no time for patients, You're just a number. He has 4-5 patients in different rooms at the same time, he walks in and quickly puts in needles for 2 minutes with patient, then leaves the room, 20 minutes later you're out. He used to do a good job, now it's all about the money. He's busy due to Angie's list website. I now have pain and issues I did not have when I first walked in, he says it takes time. Highlly Recommend – I have tried many other acupuncturists and I was extremely dissatisfied. Then I was referred by a friend to Dr. Nan. He sat down with me and took the time to explain how acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine works and how it could benefit my condition. I really appreciate the time he took since I know very little about this speciality. There were no dirty sheets or open needle packs like some of the reviews on here say. The best in Denver. Period. – Absolutely the best results. I've tried many acupuncturists for my back and knee problems, since I know method and quality vary greatly. I went through a fair amount of money and time doing it too, so I hope Dr. Nan doesn't go and retire on me! I've recommended him to many people, most of whom were helped and very grateful. The location is good, not far off I-25, the staff are friendly, and the place is spotless. The only thing just average about Nan's Acupuncture Clinic is the price.
Shocked at how wrong you are! – I was shocked when I read the other reviews on here. This acupuncture clinic is very clean. They change the sheets after every patient and the needles are one time use. After use they go in the red needle containers. There are different packages that were presented to me after a few treatments. I have a chronic condition so I needed more treatments. The packages are designed to save you money not scam you. After 2 years...nothing's changed – Yes. Nan's is disgusting and unhealthy. Came in, and sheets were unchanged and soaked with blood from previous patient. Billing practices are suspect. Overpriced and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
Avoid – Bad service, dirty and very unclean office. Open needle packages and unclean steril environment. No quality patient time, and many unanswered questions. I felt like I was just an in and out patient 20 minutes and $75.00 I would never recommend this place.
