Dr Jiang was one of the best Drs i have seen at Novant. during my first visit she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and come up a great care plan. Simce my appointment she is very easy to reach. Great bed side manner and knowledgeable and up to date on new drugs/procedures I wasnt even aware of. You can tell this isnt just a job for her but she has true compassion for what she does. I look forward to my next visit with her and left with hope after coming in feeling a bit defeated.
This doctor listened to me. But that is all she did. She did not examine the knot in my neck. She suggested an MRI, which I will be doing soon.
