I cannot recommend Namati. I was visiting Sedona for a weekend wedding and booked a 9:00 AM hair appointment the night before with a helpful receptionist named Karen. I received an email confirmation and instructions, but when I arrived at 9:00 AM, the hair salon was completely locked and empty. Because they own three connected businesses (the salon, the spa, and an IV lounge), I checked all three locations. No one was there. My spouse and I went yesterday for a pedicure, he had Ivan and I had Melodie. It was very relaxing and it was a well done pedicure. After many hikes, our feet needed attention, and even today our feet feel great!!
The best quality manicure pedicure I’ve had! It’s lasted so long.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I had a gel mani/pedi service booked (2-1/2 hours) and the nail technician never showed up. When I arrived for the service, the door was locked. I phoned the salon and was met outside by a salon employee who informed me the technician 'couldn't make it'. The salon not only had my phone number, and could have called to let me know, but my credit card details as well.
