Dr. Sayani has been alright but staff not so much. I saw her for a number of years, and now that insurance has changed, had an opportunity to move on. The staff has overcharged me in the past and refused to do a refund and only did a credit. The glasses are outrageous. Now that I asked for records to be forwarded, they want to charge me for providing my new doctor my records via fax. Seriously? This is not a new post, I had to make some grammer edits. Rasicm stricks again in Denton. As a person of color I felt very disrespected at this location. After standing in the check in line for 16 minutes, the person working the front desk, kept saying my personal informaion out loud. Such as my type of employment and phone number.
