I have been seeing Dr. Nandakumar for over a decade for severe myopia and associated retinal risks. She is an excellent specialist—thorough, knowledgeable, and exceptionally attentive. She genuinely cares about her patients and has gone out of her way to accommodate me, even over weekends. I am very grateful for her care and recommend her highly.
Dr. Nandakumar has been treating my mother for a couple of years. Getting injections in your eyes is not a pleasant experience especially when you are in your 90s. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care the entire staff has shown my mother. They are always gentle and efficient, making the injections a quick and virtually painless process every time.
Very caring doctor. Took me in on the same day I was referred by my optometrist, and ended up performing my retina laser surgery that very visit!
I met Dr. Nandakumar in Oct of 2021 when my retina was torn. I had no idea the seriousness of the issue, in fact had ignored the blind spot in my eye for a few days. I literally could have gone blind in my right eye. She scheduled and performed the emergency surgery within hours; all the while demonstrating angelic serentiy and calm. She saved my sight. I've worn contacts and/or glasses all my life; my post-op checkups have been perfect, and I have 20/20 vision in my right eye.
