I stopped by a few days ago and realized the whole place was empty. Not sure if they moved or just shut down, but I guess last month’s charge was for this pleasant surprise.

Have tried to cancel my membership three times (which has to be done in person), each time no one is around or they “closed early that day”. Absolutely unbelievable. The staffed hours already make it nearly impossible to cancel, but now I’ve taken work off three times and still haven’t been able to cancel my membership. I was offered to pay $25 to cancel online. Why should I have to pay to cancel online when I’ve tried multiple times to cancel at the location?

I love the gym. But they need to clean it. The womens bathroom need some toilet paper and the need to sweep it. The men's bathroom are always dirty and they smell. When i first went they were more clean and more organized. Its not fare that we are paying for something and they are not keeping it clean !!! Also the treadmills need and upgraded since they have 4 machines but out of the 4 only 2 work 🙄 and they are people that stay in them for like 30 to 20 minutes.
