I live in SM, and I go here regularly, I love going to Namita, she does my eyebrows perfect. When I walked in the girl in the front looked rite at me and it felt like her and the other lady were gossiping or laughing not take me, then another women did take me, she didn’t ask what I wanted just started the service, I thought it was a clean up, but she made one eye brow thinner then the other, felt like she was tossing my head around aggressive and rushing. Go somewhere else! The lady who threaded my chin was extremely heavy handed and drew blood.
This place is such a hit or miss but usually a miss. Sloppy work with threading, even after asking them to fix specific spots that still have hair.
Highly recommend as someone who’s been getting my eyebrows threaded for nearly 15 years. The salon is always clean and calming with nice music and plenty of seating. I’ve seen both Namita and Renee and they’ve been amazing! So good and what they do and caring to ensure that my brows are symmetrical and that the hair is growing at a manageable pace. Tried this salon because it’s closer to me and heard a few people recommend it. Everything was going smoothly until the end, when I looked in the mirror and noticed a gap in my left eyebrow. The lady said that’s just how my brow hair grows… which is interesting, because in the last 10 years I’ve had my brows threaded I’ve never had this problem. I’d be less annoyed if she apologized but she took zero accountability and just blamed it on my eyebrow. Sadly, will not be returning and instead make the trek to my usual threading ... read more
