I am very disappointed with the service provided by her service. Throughout our time working together, there was a major lack of professional communication, I was told 2 % seller commission and buyer has no agent 1% commission total 3%. She recommending total updates so her job of seeing becomes easy - and when she sent listing agreement she sneaked in different commission bassis - 2.5 seller commission and 2 commission if buyer has no agent - or total 4.5 % commission. We closed a new construction single family home in a good school district with Namita’s help and that too within 4 months of meeting her! She took into consideration our requirements and expectations during house hunting while diligently advising us on different topics/issues based on her experience and knowledge/research of the towns we were interested in. She’s resourceful, got good negotiation and people skills. Overall we are very pleased with her services.
