Their office is clean, staff is amazing. Dr. Janssen is attentive and gentle.
I regret switching to this practice for my mom's RH. I got a referral for Dr. Janssen based on her credentials, but my mom's primary informed us that a 2nd referral was requested by this office for the other doctor without our knowledge. The meds recommend were higher priced and the dosage was much higher than the current med. Sometimes their system has been down or when I call their phone number it is a cell phone VM. I have been seeing Dr. Namieta Janssen for many years now! I am a Registered Nurse and a bit picky about who I allow on my personal Healthcare team! She is awesome and her staff are always professional and caring! Dr. Namieta Janssen is fantastic and I can't recommend her enough as a RHEUMATOLOGIST!
