Im really annoyed with hotham st the psych and social worker walked straight into my bedroom and woke me up without any permission or invitation. Seriously off limits.
Im sick of hotham st clinic its not the same as it was 12 years ago. The lady at the front desk never answers the phone and puts you on hold all the time. They call me out of the blue to chat to me but dont really care or listen to me fully there not interested in listening to your mental health struggles or concerns. The mental health team is really crap and the psychs are not the best around. After a month of forced correspondence with the service (despite previously using it to mixed affect /review voluntarily myself) I would say I feel failed and harassed by a body that is supposed to represent and support me. They tell me duty of care while they areimpossible to contact back directly as the patient- then they panic and follow up with my actual medical team wasting their time and my partners.
