After a month of forced correspondence with the service (despite previously using it to mixed affect /review voluntarily myself) I would say I feel failed and harassed by a body that is supposed to represent and support me. The service is so shit you can’t even get on there website . As a career I’m sick of hearing “ I understand your frustrations” you don’t understand anything just what ever makes your job easy
Psychiatrist I saw did not listen to what I had to say. When I got my mental health summary report back I had found he had twisted my words showing that he was not listening to what I was saying. On the report it says I became agitated and left before diagnosis was given when in reality he asked me to leave and showed me the door. I feel this is establishment has not taken my mental health seriously and over the past 2 months of working with them and the crisis team my mental health has steadily declined.
