Really nice people that do great work. Very reasonable.
I took an hour glass to get engraved. And she did terrible work, it was not centered. And you would have thought she could have centered it to look much nicer than it did. And she still charged me for it. Will never ever take anything to this place again was so dissatisfied.

Haven’t been pleased with our last orders. Over time I became very specific with directions and somehow it’s worse each time. Seems like they gave up on making quality work. Addressing the bad work isn’t even an option when they have extremely bad attitudes.
