I Sent a transparent file. File said transparent. They produced it with a black box around the logo. They blamed me and said I should have specified and sent special instructions. There is no where to leave special instructions. I didn't know I needed to since the file specified TRANSPARENT. I've worked with several vendors with the same art file and never had it produced wrong. They don't send a proof before producing either. NBi-209856 placed 10:02, 7 Feb 2023 No Name Badges - never received them. No Customer Service - they don't follow up or return emails. No Money - they took mine. I guess they live up to South Florida's reputation, "The weather is sunny, but the people are shady".
Buyer beware! I placed an order online with NBI Name Badges whose parent company is World Emblem. I sent a high-resolution logo that we regularly use for printed material, including promotional items like name badges. NBI accepted the order and produced it without informing us that our logo would be nearly unreadable on the material that the badges are made on.
