I had one of the worst experiences of my life here. After packing everything and moving from far away, I arrived at my new apartment (97 Newkirk, NJ) only to find out it wasn’t even ready and had to spend a lot of money to make alternate accommodation. The only reason I’m not giving this place one star is because a friend of mine lived here for a year under different management and had good things to say. They own Pittsburgh Mills. The roads are terrible (potholes) there and people are getting into accidents and one car actually got stuck in a pothole. Only slumlords would let their property look like this. OK REVIEW EDIT NOW - Google tells me that Namdar Realty Group based in Great Neck NY owns the Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills. Can you confirm or deny this? If this is true, this group is total trash for how the let their property decline.

Slumlords simple and plain.
Horrible company. The Pittsburgh Mills Mall , located in Tarentum,PA was once a busy beautiful shopping mall. Then enter Namdar, they buy the mall and turn it into a ghost town. And the roads surrounding the mall and the establishments around the mall are nothing but one pothole after another. The potholes are the size of craters. Namdar refuses to maintain the roads, the roads that THEY own.
