I needed to purchase a patio set within a weeks time to have for my friends and for my family for when they were coming over. I called the Colonie store to see if they had a floor model of the set I wanted. Michelle and Shane went out of their way for me to get this set in time. I can not emphasize enough on how friendly and helpful they were.
I went into Namco recently just to ask a few questions. I’m purchasing a home with a pool for my first time & had no idea where to start. After speaking to a nice young lady, she directed me on where to start. It’s very obvious I need to hire someone to help me, but she put me in the right direction on maintenance. I was a little embarrassed, but she made me feel comfortable & told me to come back anytime. Maybe I’ll buy a jucuzzi next. Not enough people post good things, so I hope the right people see this.
Store closes at 6pm show up at 545 to grab something quick door's locked, lights on no one answers the phone. Not a good practice for business.
Melinda and Jamari are awesome! Always go the extra mile for us.
The employees are very welcoming and talkative they get the job quickly was in and out.
