this business deserves no stars. it is one of the most unfriendly, unhelpful businesses I have to deal with. grumpy manager, not to mention they are OUT of chlorine tablets on one of the most busy time of year. And last year I had enough points to earn a $25 credit, and the cashier told me it didn't expire, if I wanted to use it next year. well, guess what? I was told it's expired and I can't use it. Run as fast as you can from buying a pool here! Brand new pool fell apart within a few months after being installed by a professional recommeded by Namco. Installer would not call me back and Namco says they are not responsible for installer's actions. Paid extra for extended warranty. Namco's answer from customer servicde was to have new pool walls delivered to the store. They would only charge me $500.00 for them as I am a good customer!
