We just purchased a new pool from Jan and Joe at Namco in Orange. We received the best customer service. They made us feel confident in our purchase and they were both extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
The manager Jim is one of the best reps you’ll meet for Namco Pools. With his sincere help and knowledge you would think he owns the place, I actually had to ask if he was the owner once. All the staff are always willing to help, they without asking helped me carry 10 , full 5 gallon pails out to my truck. No one does that! I’ve been to Namco twice in the last few months and made some major purchases. We are contemplating another major purchase from them So far, the two purchases that we’ve made have been exceptional Today I met James the manager and he is Very good at what he does.I dealt with him and he was awesome. Keep up the good work.
