This Namco pools takes your money for pool and installation yet they won’t return call to do the install. Nobody is there or knows what’s going on. My mother in law said they didn’t call before they delivered the pool yet the paperwork has her number. After three calls on her landline, and left messages each time. she then called back on her cell phone. They picked up and gave her the number for the installer. She called the installer. Joe is the best, very knowledgeable and a great guy. I pass by 4 other pool stores that are much closer to my house in order to work with Joe.
Joe Radcliffe helped me out with a new Hayward Proline pump and filter. This is all new to me and he took his time to explain and recommend the correct equipment I needed for my setup. I highly recommend everyone that's looking for great service to go visit Namco in Orange CT and ask for Joe. Thank you again Joe for all your help!!
I am a first time pool owner. I walked into Namco and Joe was so extremely helpful. He let me know what chemicals I need and why. He had previously advised me that I can have my pool water tested there free of charge, He tested it and gave me what I needed to bring the water up to snuff. Very local , very people oriented, Namco is truly a company with old-fashioned values, keeping people first, so the personal attention that I’ve always received in last five years is a landmark and you’ don’t see the professional and knowledgeable service like this much in stores today.
