The ENTIRE team at Namco in Orange has been extremely helpful and generous to me and my wife...Starting with the Managers Jim Turcio, Jim (sorry I remember his last name) to Joe Radcliffe...they have always went above and beyond the boundaries of what it takes to make a customer happy, especially one who is not the best customer who can and is difficult at times...yes I'm talking about myself...I have and will continue to refer people to them...Thanks again guys...my hat is off to each one of you...Joe Riggsbee

Purchased an outdoor spa, supposed to be a floor model but new, when I got it, it was not new. It had dirty filters, a pump made 13 years ago, a unit manufactured 4 years ago and the electrical panel safety sticker was breached. I have no idea what games they wanted to play but this place is fishy as hell. When my wife stopped in person at the store, the salesman refused to come out, he was in an eternal "conference call". Buy somewhere else.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Quick service. Pleasure doing business with.
