Hey all... So I went to a few places out in Poughkeepsie looking to either clean and set up the old hot-tub that came with the house I just bought or get a new one. I tried Royal on Route 9 first since it was the first place I saw but the lady with the freckles there was really rude and it felt like she didn't think I could afford one or something. The girl at the check out I think her name was amber was very helpful and very pleasant to speak to.. store was clean the bathroom needs more soap and paper towels & tissue but over all they had everything I needed to start off my pool.....
They're well stocked and reasonably priced
Always closed. Third time back here because they are local. Open till 6 Closed up early before 6. Closed on tuesdays and weds now. Home Depot or Leslie going forward.
Went in looking for info about Pools and Chemicals and the staff was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for! Danny was great at explaining somethings that I needed help with as well. Will definitely be back for future help!
