I purchased a top of the line 18x33 oval pool there in 2005. Unfortunatley, we have not had one season where it has been fully functional. The liner that we purchased with the pool, caves in and we loose thousands of gallons of water. We have contacted the warranty department and they will not stand behind their product. They said that because the seams did not rip, they will not warranty it.
