Jerry at namco is always incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable as well as patient. I had called on the 4th of July with questions about my pool and to my surprise he was there working and ready to help. Then again the other night I flew in right before closing time with a water sample and more questions.. His customer service was really fantastic. They have been nothing but amazing and very helpful at every turn. Honest and good people. From questions about pool pump PVC fittings, to testing water in the store, and all of the accessories. They have helped us alot. They also have the best deals for Hot Tubs, I wouldnt go anywhere else!

New to the hot tub world and they tested my water for free! Told me what I needed and I was out the door in under 20 minutes! Very helpful and didn’t upsell me on anything. Definitely will be going back when it’s pool season!

I was overjoyed. We developed a leak and as you know the hot tub is encased in insolation that acts like a sponge so how do you know where it is coming from? They did! Fixed it right up on the first visit. Thank you Robert and Team...
