Great experience! After 11 years with my pool, I needed to replace a frame. All I had was a picture and Lisa knew what I needed right away, gave me all the guidance and made it happen. Ironically, she was the one who sold me the pool 11 years ago! Thank you to Lisa and staff of Namco pools.

Update review 7/7/2025 Best employees you’ll ever meet. Love seeing Lisa Emily and Aiden. I've walked in very recent and it's not the same lots of new faces and a few I’m not a fan of unfortunately! Thank god Lisa is still there I will only deal with her and noone else if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be shopping here anymore since it's out of the way. Let me start with a little detail. I bought my pool from Namco in Seekonk Mass. Did business with them constantly. Things changed there & I stop going there often. Going forward… They are in Swansea Mass now. I will continue to go there now do to one person. Lisa is the store manager & a great person. She helps with everything you need! Fantastic customer service skills! Honest, fair and really goes above & beyond!! Thank you for everything Lisa!! Especially my butterfly!! 🦋🤗🦋🤗
