I recently purchased a pool at Namco in Manchester. Thanks to Frank Giordano my experience was quite pleasant. Frank was professional, helpful and kind. Not pushy in any way but patient and informative with my questions and any concerns I had. To top it off, even after all the time he spent with me going over various options I found out he actually gave the sale to a coworker. Frank was the best. Walked us through everything we need for our new pool. Friendly and patient while we looked at quotes and decided what pool to buy. Would recommend to anyone.

Rich was great when selling the Manhattan to replace an existing pool. pool came fast but sat in my driveway for 6 weeks. I had to email namco on the install date .the sub contractor was not responsive until I threatened a refund on install (w/namco) and bad reviews and then the installer didn’t know I was a namco customer… Day of install- I was asked if I had the padding for the liner - apparently, it’s not included with the package (they should tell u this) .
