Frank was the best. Walked us through everything we need for our new pool. Friendly and patient while we looked at quotes and decided what pool to buy. Would recommend to anyone.

Rich was great when selling the Manhattan to replace an existing pool. pool came fast but sat in my driveway for 6 weeks. I had to email namco on the install date .the sub contractor was not responsive until I threatened a refund on install (w/namco) and bad reviews and then the installer didn’t know I was a namco customer… Day of install- I was asked if I had the padding for the liner - apparently, it’s not included with the package (they should tell u this) . His service and demeanor were exceptional - he was friendly and made the experience for a first-time pool owner like me feel unafraid of the task of maintenance.
