We’re returning customers to Namco, and once again, the experience was fantastic! Frank at the Manchester CT store was amazing-his knowledge of pools is unmatched. He helped us find the perfect pool for our new home and made sure we didn’t miss out on a promotion by finalizing the sale electronically since we couldn’t make it to the store. This is our second above ground pool from Namco, and we absolutely love it! Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great, affordable pool and exceptional customer service.
I recently purchased a pool at Namco in Manchester. Thanks to Frank Giordano my experience was quite pleasant. Frank was professional, helpful and kind. Not pushy in any way but patient and informative with my questions and any concerns I had. To top it off, even after all the time he spent with me going over various options I found out he actually gave the sale to a coworker.
