I just had to file a complaint with consumer protection in regards to Namco. My town inspector will not pass my pool as he is claiming Namco sold me a pool that is not a state complaint. I have attempted for weeks to have this resolved with Namco but they are not returning any phone calls/emails. I have chosen them believing they were a great company that would take care of their customer but sadly that is far from the truth. I have been having this issue for 6 months now without resolution in sight....
Shopping, hate it. But it was my good fortune to be helped by Gianna. Not only was she most helpful, she was super informative. Every question I had, she answered with complete knowledge and confidence. She was so pleasant that I will be back, probably more than once. It's a breath of fresh air to be helped totally and professionally like I was by Gianna. Namco should be proud to have an employee like her. GOT A POOL!!!! Who would have thought. Thank you so much Gianna.
