I have been using their Liquid Alive for several years. Great product, great company.
Ordered a case of fabric dye on 4/15/19 NamCom had no problem billing us and charging our card and here we sit over 6 weeks later with no product and when called in three different occasions (4/29, 5/6, and 5/28)to track and find out status have been told oh we can't find your order, oh we located it is on backorder and shipping next week and today was told that person answering phone couldn't help but I should call back in 20 minutes to speak with the manager as she was to busy to accept my call at the time...
