Ordered a case of fabric dye on 4/15/19 NamCom had no problem billing us and charging our card and here we sit over 6 weeks later with no product and when called in three different occasions (4/29, 5/6, and 5/28)to track and find out status have been told oh we can't find your order, oh we located it is on backorder and shipping next week and today was told that person answering phone couldn't help but I should call back in 20 minutes to speak with the manager as she was to busy to accept my call at the time... Worst custome... read more

We purchased the scooter. The sales person was the good. The after The sale service horrible The scooter works fine and cleaned up lots of water after Harvey.

Namco manufacturing says they use "generic" vacuum motors in their machines. When the replaceable $15 brushes wear out Namco requires you to buy new $250 motors because they don't or won't sell the replaceable brushes. When asked about the name of the company the that makes or sells the "generic" motors so I could purchase the $15 replaceable brushes, they wouldn't provide it saying,  "it's a secret". 🤔😩😬 I, absolutely, do NOT recommend this company!
