They cancelled my appointment 3 times. Each time scheduled out 2weeks later so six weeks goes by and I am now living in a fish bowl with my 92 year old father. They were un-empathetic when I explained it was new construction do to loosing my home 18 months ago to a fire so therefore had no window covers at all. Let's talk about great customer service, Justice went above and beyond, when speaking with her it restored my faith in humanity then to follow up with Jerry who installed my blinds was another breath of fresh air, very polite and professional.
Roman is amazing! Very professional and very personable. He did a great job. Highly recommend. Ask to be scheduled with Roman and you will not be disappointed.
Mike (with tattoos) installed our banded blinds today in our whole house. He did a great job and was very pleasant and efficient. He explained how the blinds work. He programmed the remotes and explained how they work with the rechargeable blinds. Also explained how to clean the blinds. Was very kind and knowledge. Opened all the boxes and removed as well. Definitely recommend Namco and Mike with Tatoos
Started off bad, but at the end, I’m very pleased, very pleased with the results. Michael(the tattoo guy ) was super nice. Worth the wait. Thank you Michael!!
