Mike with the tattoos, the Marine did a great job. He installed my blinds in my living room and dinning room. I appreciate that he was on time, cleaned up after installing the blinds. He answered all of my questions and gave me cleaning tips. Very kind and patient with me. I would recommend namco draperies and requesting Mike the Marine.
Installation for our cellular shades was fast and flawless. Mike (with the shaved head and tattoos) took great care with installing and testing each window shade. Mike was very thorough in explaining everything throughout the process as well.
Roman measured our windows and installed blinds and shades for us. He was a pleasure to work with and we are so pleased with the results!
“Sam” from NAMCO installed my blinds from Lowe’s today in Wheaton,IL. He’s a genuine professional, and got the blinds installed correctly and in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and pleasant to work with. If Sam is representative of this company, I would not hesitate in to use them again.
Attempted to get blinds installed from Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Blinds.com. Unfortunately, they all contract their Chicago area business to Namco . Namco came out to measure and deemed the project to be a safety hazard. Then they stated the project was a two person job and the owner doesn’t like two person jobs. I asked those companies to inquiry into why it was a “safety hazard”… they never got a response. I called Namco and asked for an explanation and never got a response.
