I ordered blinds at Home depot and they said NAMCO would be calling me within 24 hours to come and measure. NAMCO did not call, so I called them the next day to inquire. It took NAMCO 15 minutes to find my order, and then the agent said it was done by hand that's why we couldn't find it" and blamed Home Depot for the delay. When I then asked for an ETA for them to come and do the measurements, she became angry and said they have 100s of customers and I needed to wait until someone could get back to me. This company is used locally by Blinds.com (Home Depot). Unprofessional. I do not know why Blinds dot com keeps using them. I had to patch and clean up after an attempted install of one sky light. Installers blamed blinds dot com for sending them defective blinds.

Mike w/tattoos was very pleasant, informative and sufficient in putting up my blinds. He did a great job and for future I would like to request him as my installer. Thank you excellent job!
