Worst customer service. Please avoid namco. They don’t communicate and expect the customer to accept lousy and unprofessional conduct. They are a joke and do not work well when confronted about concerns and frustrations. They do not care about their customers. Avoid them like the plague..
Roman was our 3rd party installer for our Bali Roller Shades purchased through Home Depot. Very courteous, prompt and explained each step before he installed our blinds. Fantastic job! Thank you Roman!
This company is awesome! The service representative, Mike, was very helpful. The measurements were spot on and installation was a 10. I have no complaints.
What a great job Mike and the team did for me. I love my new office blinds. I got exactly what I wanted and the service was professional and courteous. You do have to work through Home Depot but I can’t say enough positive things about Namco Draperies and Installation.
