Namco’s misrepresentation is causing thousands of dollars and countless hours in lost time. Why did we choose Namco over Budget? Simply because the financing including installation services. At the time of purchase we specifically asked if they have in house installation or if they subcontract the work- we were told the installation was in house. Lie #1.
