Unprofessional, uncaring, rude and dismissive
We sold our close to 1 million dollar property through this real estate and would never do so again. We received NO feedback from our agents unless we called and asked for some and even then it felt like we were being those annoying clients even though we were promised weekly updates etc etc. It felt like our agent did not believe in our property and was just going through the motions. Was very hard to pay the commission (no choice but man it stung)
I found Caterina to be professional, caring and proactive throughout the entire process of selling my father’s house. She kept the lines of communication open, explaining each step, which was helpful as I live in Sydney. I am grateful for her patience & guidance during what was a stressful and emotional period. 🌸
