Bro, I should've checked this Google review before I made any contact this place. After I read the previous reviews, now I understand why this agency is very hard to reach. I don't think they want to keep doing their business or is this agency the only one in town? As an investor who lives in Sydney, this type of agency is blocking a property marekt boost in a town like Nambucca or surrounding towns. I feel sorry for the guys who sell theirs with this agency.
