Hard to get ahold of, no call back, no explanation
The new lady Nicole in office does not read condition reports and is now being trialed through tribunal for unfair reasons against us. She refuses to answer phone calls and emails even when called from tribunal departments, she won’t contact us back at all and refuses to let us know anything going on with our rental insisting we just owe them a lot of money without proof of receipt or anything. Unprofessional, uncaring, rude and dismissive
We sold our close to 1 million dollar property through this real estate and would never do so again. We received NO feedback from our agents unless we called and asked for some and even then it felt like we were being those annoying clients even though we were promised weekly updates etc etc. It felt like our agent did not believe in our property and was just going through the motions. Was very hard to pay the commission (no choice but man it stung)
