Giving 3 stars because normally I have a great shopping experience here, the fellas that are in the gardening section are always so welcoming, helpful and happy to help a novice gardener like myself. Unfortunately the check out service is not as pleasant. No one offers to help you when you’re carrying a basket full of plants, a trolley with heavy pots and soil while trying to keep my child away from the lollies and chips at the front desk. Click and collect takes up to 5 business days. Called the store for an update, the response was our click n collect guy doesn’t work weekends. If it an order is placed on a Friday it won’t get looked at until Monday. This is 2025, where customer experience is everything.
Great staff and great service
Still a great area to buy a house, has everything you need, from Macca's to Shopping centres, bus and train line, RSL Club only thing it is missing and does need one, Bunnings.
