Pretty poor, not much selection in the screw department, poor service, staff gave impression they didn’t want to be there, ended up with an armful of small stuff and had to ask for a bag to put them in, anywhere else they ask if you need one. Certainly wasn’t a comfortable experience.
Ordered goods on the 02/09/2026, paid in full. Was told order would be in Tuesday 08/09/2026. After multiple calls and staff with no clue we were told now Friday 11/09/2026. After more multiple phone calls on Friday and Monday and dealing with evasive staff members we were told this morning that the supplier can not supply until October. I have been without a kitchen, 2 weeks already. Disgraceful customer service. I got what I needed this morning from Bunnings, no problem at all.
