I made an appointment weeks ago to see Alison for my baby’s allergies (time sensitive with starting solids), she called in sick the day of, has a week of leave the following week and then only has one available appointment in the next two weeks that isn’t possible for me. If you’re cancelling appointments you should be accomodating to make it up, not make it impossible to rebook. Dr Justine Lutkin has been my GP for around 7yrs,& she has been a genuine&caring doctor..When I am dealing with ongoing Chronic pain and complex health issues, she supported me every step of the way, &helping me find effective solutions.The Staff is great especially Tara..!! Would totally recommend Dr Lutkin & th Nambour medical Clinic..
